‘金州报春’兜兰的非共生萌发与快速繁殖

摘 要:

收集授粉后不同时期报春兜兰栽培品种‘金州报春’的种子, 观察种子形态特征和萌发过程, 建立了高效快繁体系。试验结果表明种子萌发的最佳培养基为RE+0.3 mg·L-1 NAA +0.1mg·L-1 6-BA +100 mL·L-1 椰子乳(体积比); 授粉162 d后的种子萌发率较高并且无白化现象, 授粉203 d的种子播种后萌发率可达94.33%; 分化后的原球茎在壮苗培养基上培养4个月后可得到有5~6片叶、高3~5 cm的健壮试管苗。

In vitro Asymbiotic Germination and Propagation of Paphiopedilum primulinum 'Jinzhoubaochun'

Abstract:

In this experiment, we collected different embryo-aged-seeds of Paphiopedilum primulinum ‘Jinzhoubaochun’, observed the structure and the process of seed germination, and established an effective regeneration system. The results showed that the better medium for germination was Robert Ernest (RE)-based media containing 100 mL·L-1coconut water, 0.3 mg·L-1 NAA and 0.1 mg·L-1 6-BA. 162 DAP (day after pollination) seeds had higher germination rate and without albino seedling, germination rate of 203 DAP seeds were 94.33%. Transferred differentiation protocorns on optimum rooting medium, after 4 months, the healthy robust seedlings were 3–5 cm tall and had 5–6 leaves.
